The GFWC, Auburn Junior Woman’s Club (AJWC) is a group of energetic women dedicated to improving our community through volunteerism. We are part of the largest organization of women volunteers in the world, the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC). We meet in the evening because most of us work part-time or full-time. Through club membership, we volunteer our time and ideas in an effort to make the world a better place. At the same time, we meet new people, make new friends, involve our families in new activities, and have FUN!
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement
The General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC), one of the oldest women's volunteer organizations, seeks to build global communities where people unite in diversity and dedicate their service to changing lives. GFWC celebrates the engagement of people of all backgrounds and believes in fostering an inclusive, equitable climate and culture where community members can thrive.
